Anewworld Consulting has become a member of the California Space Authority (CSA), the association of the Californian space actors (industry, government, education). The CSA defends the interests of the local space community, promotes its know-how and ensures California remains competitive in the sector.
Smartgrids: power transport of the future?
Within its Think Tank in the convergence of the space and green technologies, Anewworld has analyzed the opportunities the smartgrids could bring to the space industry.
What do smartgrids stand for? Implementing sensors associated to information systems on the existing electrical network, which will include new energy sources (wind turbines, solar panels…), should enable a cut in the electricity consumption by better matching supply and demand.
Anewworld will participate in the international Climate conference in Copenhagen in December 2009.
This participation is part of Anewworld’s involvment in the convergence between space and the green technologies.
Official launch of AnewwebTV in September in Paris
Anewworld organizes a conference on the convergence between space and the green technologies in November in Paris, in cooperation with Spheris, the French space network association.
Anewworld is participating, with CNES in particuar, in the organization of the Toulouse Space Show, which will be held in Toulouse from June 8 to 11, 2010. The Toulouse Space Show gathers four symposiums on different space themes including applications, disruptive technologies, economy…
